What is a credit?+
Credits are how you pay for generations. Plans add credits every month, and top-up packs add more whenever you need them. Each generation's price in credits is shown before you start it.
Can I cancel my plan?+
Yes, at any time. Your plan stops renewing at the end of the current period and you keep the credits you already have.
What happens if a generation fails?+
Credits are reserved when you start and only charged when your video is ready. If it fails, is blocked by moderation or is cancelled, they go straight back to your balance.
How long does a video take?+
Usually between one and a few minutes depending on the model and length. You can follow progress live in the studio.
Where are my videos stored?+
In your private gallery. You can watch, download or delete them at any time.
What is not allowed?+
Sexual content, anything involving minors, real-world violence and deepfakes of real, identifiable people. Prompts are checked before they are sent and every video can be reported.
Who can use VeloraStudio?+
